Marine GEOtronic? DryBoat
Dryboat is the talk among many when the subject of dehumidification is discussed. The engineering of Dryboat, based on thermotronic tecnology, was especially designed and developed to solve aboard dampness problems affecting boats in the water as well as those which are in storage or drydock.

?

Winter
dehumidification

?

When boats are inactive for a long off season period, Dryboat will function espectially well to eliminate humidity in equipment rooms, (motor rooms) which are often affected by dampness and consequently will incur corrosion damage. Sail lockers, rooms or areas where sensitive and sophisticated electronic units are located will all benefit by the use of Dryboat.

?

Dehumidified rooms:
respect for your
investment

?

The Dryboat was developed to reach and maintain the R.U. level at 50/55% in the room where installed. This level of controlled humidity is most suitable for keeping wall coverings and equipment dry, and preventing the onset of mildew and consequently, the unpleasant odors.

Low consumption

?

The Dryboat consumes only 60 watts, while a conventional dehumidifier is not only large, heavy and cumbersome, but also consumes at least 200 watt on average, while operating on 220 V. The Dryboat?s current consumption values are extremely low: 2.5 and 5 A (24 V and 12 V respectively).

Continuous operation

?

Condensed water is discharged continuously, which means that the tank does not need to be emptied at regular intervals. By means of a hose holder, the condensed water is removed by force of gravity and can be conveyed into a sink, bilge or off board.

?

Safety

?

The Dryboat can safely work continuously and tirelessly, running on low voltage with no resistors. Furthermore, it can be mounted to the bulkhead or removed from the sink base.

Easy to use

?

DryBoat does not need any supervision while in operation, as the condensed water is discharged continuously without any need to empty a tank. By means of a hose holder, the water is removed by force of gravity and can be conveyed into a sink, into the bilge or off board.
